These are my notes from a PRIVATE presentation Joshua did to another group.

PROTIP: Tell me something that is not on your LI profile page. Put something personal. 

PROTIP: If you have to sell a client, you will continue to have to sell that client. Whereas if you educate, inform, and give value and they choose to be a client the LTV will last and stand the test of time.

Write your profile title in the framework:
I help X Achieve Y so they can do Z

Be a customer first. 

Write a value prop. Who you are, why you do what you do. Understand what your audience needs and wants. Focus on your why.

Talk about what’s going on. Not what you can do.

10% personal. 20% company content, 79% non company content

How to get SSI above 70

Be active, daily.

Be authentic. 

Daily actions:

  • 1 value post per day
  • Comment on someone else’s post
  • Like someone else’s post
  • Share another members post that aligns with your values

Weekly Action: 

  • Post an article each Tuesday
  • Share across all platforms with appropriate hashtags/quotes
  • Post to LI up to 3x per day
  • Post to FB 
  • Post to Twitter

Last Tip

Always personalize invites. Never cold. Always add a note.
